Project Finance Advisory

These projects are suitable because they involve development of long-term assets, typically with low technological risk, high entry barriers, regulated assets, stable and predictable operating cash flow profile, and strong inelastic demand.
All these factors must be carefully evaluated and considered in the development of these projects and assessing the full scope of the rewards and risk involved.
Corporate Finance Advisory
Corporate finance is the area of finance that deals with sources of funding, the capital structure of corporations, the actions that managers take to increase the value of the firm to the shareholders and the tools and analysis used to allocate financing resources.
Our team advising management on the development of the company’s business plan and financing proposal, financial modelling and preparing real and nominal financial forecasts, measuring the company’s financing needs and matching those financing needs to it’s financing options.
Our team also guides in measuring the rate of return on a project or investment through various capital budgeting tools.
